Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our product, then simply send us an email and we will refund your purchase right away. The refunded amount will include the annual service fees, minus any payment processing fees.

Can I upgrade after signing up?

Absolutely! You can upgrade at any time after signing up. Once you decide to upgrade we can get your additional features turned on right away. It is a seamless process and there is no disruption to your service.

Can I import my price lists?

Yes! The Accelerate Plan includes a self-managed upload tool. For other plans, Local Orbit offers one-time data imports for an additional fee. We can work with you to get a quote and the correct format for your data. Our development team works hard to ensure that the import process is as easy and painless as possible.

How does credit card processing work for my market?

Local Orbit offers optional, integrated credit card processing through Stripe. The credit card processing fees are 2.9% + 30 cents of transaction totals and supported cards are: Visa/MC/Amex/Discover. You have the option to set the fees to be charged to the Market or the Suppliers. Stripe is introducing ACH processing, as well.

What training do you offer?
  • We offer weekly onboarding webinars which are open to any user, at any time.
  • The platform has tooltips and pop-up messaging that guide users through the site when they get started.
  • We also have an extensive knowledge base that you, your producers and your buyers can access 24-7.

That said, Local Orbit’s platform doesn’t require much training.  We keep things simple so you can get going quickly!

Do you have an API?

There is no API at this time although it is on our long-term roadmap.
